About Sabah
In June 20th 1962, Al-Sabah Hospital was established and was inaugurated by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah. It is the second oldest hospital after Al-Amiri Hospital and stands as a symbol of Kuwait's modern renaissance, a bright mark in the journey of healthcare and medical services.
The hospital later underwent significant expansion, transforming the area that houses this institution into a comprehensive medical city known as the "Al-Sabah Specialized Medical Area," which includes numerous advanced centers and hospitals.
The new Al-Sabah Hospital project represents an ambitious future plan for the development of medical infrastructure in the State of Kuwait.
